was held last Friday the House of Congress Democratic Party of Monte Sant'Angelo in the election of the new national secretary and group executive, who will accompany the main task of the party in coming elections: local elections.
The discussion opened with a speech by Mr. Michael Edge, saw the participation of many members and supporters that met to discuss several issues, one among all the role that the Party must take political action to revive and reach, so the construction of a new alternative to the government.
During the work the new secretary, Pierre d'Arienzo, presented the policy document contains program guidelines that will characterize their mandate and that of the new management team.
Themes places on the table of discussion were substantially the re-launch of the party, through the involvement of members, openness to civil society and the world of associations and, finally, the involvement of citizens as key players in a highly political process participatory.
All this through the resumption of the policy, with particular attention to the effectiveness of communication.
short, a lineup of real commitments that will bring the Democratic Party to become a reference point for the mountain people, thus shifting the political actors from single individuals, acting for the most in key clients, collective political subjects. A grounding
this action, however, it should support a resumption of dialogue with other political forces in the city, belonging to the support of a center-left, with an eye to the Catholic world and moderate, which now feels betrayed by Ciliberti and from his precarious administration.
In PD, as a majority force, the task, responsibility and the burden of re-uniting a coalition disintegrated and lacks a common vision, relegated to the role of opposition for the past few years.
He also spoke about the upcoming elections.
Così facendo, anche il metodo di selezione del “Primo Uomo”, attraverso l’individuazione diretta da parte della coalizione o l’istituto delle primarie (tanto caro al PD), diventerebbe ininfluente and above all free from any conditioning and manipulation, going into the background and taking on a meaning of propaganda, rather than emerging as a true moment of choice or probable division.
