INTRODUCTION

The PDL Berlusconi (Forza Italy and before) is the most emblematic example of charismatic model of the party, even if there are other minor subjects that are inspired by the same prototype (the IDV Di Pietro, Casini's UDC, the SEL Vendola but also the movement of Fini and that of Grillo).
In these cases, the party identifies itself with the leader, finding in it and through it its unity. The communication of the leader is the only accepted and authorized, and the rest of the leaders not simply to act as a sounding line dictated leading exponent. The dissent, even if democratic, in fact it is not allowed (although expected nei documenti statutari), tanto è vero che il dissidio sulla linea politica viene subito interpretato come atto di tradimento e sintomo di congiura per scalzare il leader.

The political landscape in Monte Sant'Angelo, presents a picture not very clear and with just outlined contours, reflecting the various critical that we find at the national level.
The administration currently in office comes from an aggregation experiment that started with a civic list, it is becoming gradually more and more political characterization. Currently
first citizen may rely on a narrow majority, made up of 11 directors fall into two parties, the UDC and the PDL supported by an "independent variable".
Even before the victory, however, the aggregate election that went under the name "United Mountain" already had the first limits, due to its constitutive nature based not on a political project but on a simple "bond between men" coming from the other experiences and different political cultures and completely at odds with each other. RELAUNCH PARTY
As mentioned above, the PD is not a party "charismatic" or a party "ideological." The difference with other political realities is accentuated even more so when you switch from national to local.
A Monte Sant'Angelo do not exist today, both in the center-right in the center-left political parties that have the same features of PD, but, above all, an equal number of militants involved so actively in the internal life.

Tuttavia, per risollevare le sorti del nostro paese non basta un semplice programma elettorale. Occorre che gli uomini, chiamati a tradurre in azioni amministrative le cose in esso contenute, credano fermamente nell'importanza del ruolo che ricoprono e si donino, gratuitamente e liberi da ambizioni personali, alla realizzazione di questo progetto.
Il nostro è un paese che ha la necessità di vivere una nuova primavera, una fase che da molti viene reclamata con forza, con il ricordo rivolto alle esperienze passate e con il pensiero proiettato a stagioni migliori.
